Madhya Pradesh High Court Orders Removal of All Illegal Statues Erected at Public Places - 07.03.2022

Madhya Pradesh High Court has directed the State Government to remove all statues erected at public places on or after 18.01.2013, throughout the State. The Court has imposed a cost of Rs. 30,000 on the State for wasting the precious time of Court in dealing with this avoidable piece of litigation.
