Bombay HC Grants Interim Relief to Senior IPS Officer Rashmi Shukla and Directed to Take Coercive Act - 04.03.2022

Bombay High Court has granted interim relief to Senior IPS officer Rashmi Shukla and directed the Pune Police not to take coercive action against her till further orders in a First Information Report for allegedly tapping politicians' phones between 2015- 2019 when the BJP led alliance was in power in the state.
