Kerala HC: Cannot Entertain Revision Petition When Specific Remedy of Appeal Available - 03.03.2022

Kerala High Court has held that it cannot entertain a revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, 1949 when a specific remedy of appeal is available under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
