MP HC Grants Bail to Man Accused of Hiding Religious Identity from Prosecutrix - 03.03.2022

Madhya Pradesh High Court has granted bail to one Tousif Khan, accused of developing relationship with a woman by lying to her about his religious identity and thereby committing rape under a false pretext of marriage.
