ITAT, Bangalore: Employee Contribution to Provident Fund Before ITR Eligible for Deduction - 03.03.2022

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Bangalore has ruled that an Employee contribution to Provident Fund (PF)/ Employee State Insurance (ESI) before Income Tax Return filing is eligible for income tax deduction.
