P&H High Court Sets Aside Orders Directing UT to Pay Rs 96 Crore to Parsvnath - 18.03.2016

P&H High Court has set aside orders of Arbitral Tribunal and Chandigarh District Court wherein UT was directed to pay Rs 96 crore (earnest money along with interest) to Parsvnath Ltd in controversial multimedia-and-film city project for termination of their contract.
