Kerala HC Upholds Telecast Ban on MediaOne Channel, Dismisses Appeal Against Judgment - 02.03.2022

Kerala High Court has dismissed the appeal moved by Malayalam news channel MediaOne against the single judge order upholding the recent ban imposed on it by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting on national security grounds.
