Telangana HC: Road Tax Paid While Purchasing Cars Does Not Amount to Double Taxation - 02.03.2022

Telangana High Court has ruled that the road tax paid under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 while purchasing the cars, and collection of toll tax at National Highway Toll Booths do not amount to double taxation.
