Bombay HC Issues Notice on PIL on Permanent Stipend Scheme for New and Junior Lawyers - 28.02.2022

Bombay High Court has issued notices on a Public Interest Litigation filed by twelve young lawyers from Maharashtra, seeking a permanent stipend scheme by providing Rs 5,000 per month to new and junior lawyers for the first 3 years of their practice with an annual income less than Rs 1 lakh.
