Gujarat HC: Labour Courts/Tribunals Must Factor Nature of Employment u/s 11A of ID Act - 24.02.2022

Gujarat High Court has held that while exercising its powers under Section 11A of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (ID Act), the Labour Courts/ Tribunals must factor in the nature of employment, whether public or private.
