SC: Any Delay in Payment of EPF Contribution is Sine Qua Non from Imposition of Levy of Damages - 24.02.2022

Supreme Court has observed that any default or delay in the payment of EPF contribution by the employer is a sine qua non for imposition of levy of damages under Section 14B of the Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.
