SC Upholds Kerala Govt Order Granting Exemption to Existing Board Employees for Qualification - 21.02.2022

Supreme Court has upheld a Kerala Government Order which granted exemptions to several existing Board employees from the qualifications under the Central Electricity Authority (Measures relating to Safety and Electric Supply) Regulations, 2010.
