Madras HC Seeks Response on Legality of Liquor Consumption in Club Premises Without FL2 License - 18.02.2022

Madras High Court has sought State’s response in writ appeal against the insistence by the single bench on the possession of FL2 License for the consumption of Liquor inside Club Premises registered under Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975.
