Kerala HC: Mere Keeping of Tobacco Products at Home Not Pecuniary - 17.02.2022

Kerala High Court has ruled that mere keeping of tobacco products at one's residence does not attract any offence per se. The Court has allowed the petition of accused who was charged for storing a collection of tobacco products at his residence, allegedly to sell to children.
