NCDRC Benches to Conduct Only Physical Hearings from Feb 21 Onwards - 16.02.2022

National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has resolved that all its Benches shall conduct only physical hearings from February 21, 2022 onwards. It was also specified that alternate forms of hearings such as virtual court proceedings and hybrid hearings would also remain suspended February 21 onwards.
