Karnataka HC Rejects Affidavit Alleging Misuse of Interim Order Passed in Hijab Case - 16.02.2022

Karnataka High Court has rejected an affidavit which alleged that the interim order passed by the Court in Hijab Case was being misused by authorities to stop hijab-wearing students even in institutions with no prescribed uniform.
