Delhi HC Directs Man Accused of Outraging Modesty of Woman to do Community Service - 15.02.2022

Delhi High Court has directed a man, accused outraging modesty of a woman, to do community service for a month observing that he cannot be let off simply because of a compromise with the complainant and that he has to atone for his sin of harassing a lady.
