MP HC Denies Relief to Candidate with Criminal Antecedents Seeking Job in Defence Establishment - 15.02.2022

Madhya Pradesh High Court has dismissed a petition whereby the Petitioner was seeking revival of his candidature for a post at an Ordinance Factory, observing that his acquittal from the trial court in a criminal case was not honourable and clean.
