SC Issues Notice Against Order Declaring Anti-Conversion Law Not to Apply to Inter-Faith Marriages - 15.02.2022

Supreme Court has issued notice on the special leave petition filed by the State of Gujarat against the order of the Gujarat High Court which declared that the anti-conversion law will not apply to inter-faith marriages between consenting adults.
