Gujarat HC Imposes Liability on Insurance Company to Pay Compensation to Family of Deceased - 14.02.2022

Gujarat High Court has imposed liability on the insurance company to pay compensation to the family of the deceased, affirming that it is not necessary under Section 163A of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 to prove that somebody else was driving the vehicle rashly and negligently which resulted in the death of the victim.
