Delhi HC Directs Personal Appearance of Commissioners in Plea Against Illegal Encroachments - 11.02.2022

Delhi High Court has directed the personal appearance of Commissioners of Delhi Police and North Delhi Municipal Corporation, observing that no desired results were achieved by the efforts of the authorities concerned to permanently end the illegal encroachment by hawkers and vendors in city's Chandni Chowk area.
