Allahabad HC Grants Bail to Ashish Mishra, Prime Accused in Lakhimpur Kheri Violence Case - 11.02.2022

Allahabad High Court has granted bail to Ashish Mishra, the son of Union Minister Ajay Mishra Teni, who is the prime accused in the Lakhimpur Kheri Violence case. The Court has noted that there might be a possibility that the driver tried to speed up the vehicle to save himself, on account of which, the incident had taken place.
