Allahabad HC Issues Notice in PIL on Disposal of Election Plastic Waste During Assembly Elections - 11.02.2022

Allahabad High Court has issued notices to the Election Commission of India, State of Uttar Pradesh, the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change, the Central Pollution Control Board, among others over a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) plea filed in connection with election plastic waste disposal during assembly elections.
