SC Refuses Petition Seeking Abolition of Death Sentence - 15.03.2016

SC has refused to re-examine Constitutional validity of death sentence in light of evolving jurisprudence across world to do away with extreme punishment and dismissed a plea seeking abolition of capital punishment.
