Gauhati HC Dismisses Appeal Against Order of Trial Court to Condone Delay in Arbitration Appeal - 09.02.2022

Gauhati High Court has dismissed an appeal filed by the Union of India against an order of the trial Court refusing to condone the delay in filing an arbitration appeal under section 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
