Kerala High Court Upholds Order to Revoke Licence of MediaOne Channel - 08.02.2022

Kerala High Court has upheld the order passed by the Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting to revoke the license granted to Malayalam news channel MediaOne for broadcast. The Court has dismissed the writ petition filed by Maadhyamam Broadcasting Ltd challenging the Union's decision.
