Supreme Court: Manikonda Jagir Lands Declared as Government Lands - 08.02.2022

Supreme Court has set aside the orders of the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh High Court dismissing the writ petition filed by the Telangana government with regard to Manikonda village jagir comprising prime land of 1,654 acres of land, clarifying that the land belongs to the State government and is free from any encumbrance.
