Uttarakhand High Court Allows Termination of Foetus of Rape Victim - 07.02.2022

Uttarakhand High Court has allowed the termination of a 28 weeks foetus of a rape victim, granting relief to the victim. The Court has held that there is a right to terminate pregnancy on ground of rape.
