MP HC: Conducting Preliminary Enquiry Not Sine Qua Non for Direction for Prosecution - 07.02.2022

Madhya Pradesh High Court has held that conducting a preliminary enquiry is not sine qua non for issuing a direction for prosecution under Section 195 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and that the Applicant is not entitled for any opportunity of hearing prior to that.
