MP HC: Municipal Commissioner Competent to Issue Detention Order for Black-marketing - 04.02.2022

Madhya Pradesh High Court has held that a Municipal Commissioner was competent to issue the order of detention U/S 3(2) of Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980 even though she was temporarily delegated with the additional charge of District Magistrate.
