Calcutta HC: Grounds that Accused Did Not Commit Offence Must be More Than Prima Facie Grounds - 04.02.2022

Calcutta High Court has opined that reasonable grounds to believe that the accused has not committed an offence must be more than mere prima facie grounds, while interpreting Section 37 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS Act).
