Gauhati HC: Non-Substitution of Legal Representatives of Parties Under Order XXII CPC - 01.02.2022

Gauhati High Court has held that non-substitution of some of the legal representatives of the parties under Order XXII of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 does not amount to abatement of the entire appeal.
