Gujarat HC Issues Notice to Institute of Advanced Research Over Illegal Dismissal of Professor - 01.02.2022

Gujarat High Court has issued a notice to the Institute of Advanced Research, Gandhinagar, a private University, on a plea filed by its Assistant Professor and Dean (Academic) challenging his illegal, unjust, unfair, and perverse dismissal on fabricated charges.
