Delhi High Court Cancels Bail of 72 Yrs Old Accused in POCSO Case - 01.02.2022

Delhi High Court has cancelled the bail granted to a 72 years old man, who is accused of raping a 7 years old girl child and is booked for the offence of Rape under Section 376 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Penetrative sexual assault under Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
