Cabinet HELPs enhance oil and gas production in India

The Union Cabinet approved the new Hydrocarbon Exploration and Licensing Policy that aims to boost exploration and production by oil companies in India. HELP, prefaced on reducing administrative hurdles and bringing-in transparency, aims to invite investment in domestic oil and gas production.
