SC: Compensation to be Paid from Date of Accident and Not Date of Adjudication of Claim - 01.02.2022

Supreme Court has observed that interest on compensation under the Workmen's Compensation Act 1923, shall be paid from the date of the accident and not the date of adjudication of the claim.
