Delhi High Court: Belated Filing Of Documents By Defendant Not Permissible Without Leave Of Court - 28.01.2022

Delhi High Court has observed that provisions of Order VIII Rule 1(3) Civil Procedure Code, 1908 make it clear that document which ought to be produced in Court by the defendant, but, is not produced shall not, without the leave of the Court, be received in evidence at the hearing of the suit.
