Twin Blast Case: Kerala HC Acquits The Accused - 28.01.2022

Kerala High Court while acquitting the accused in the Kozhikode 2006 twin bomb blast case held that National Investigating Agency (NIA) had failed to produce credible evidence. The Court also found that there was no reliable evidence to incriminate them accused beyond reasonable doubt.
