Rajasthan HC: Insurance Company to Pay Compensation to Claimant First - 27.01.2022

Rajasthan High Court has upheld the decision of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT), Alwar which, while relying on the principle of pay and recover, directed the insurance company to first pay compensation to the claimants and then recover the same from the vehicle owner.
