Uttarakhand HC Seeks State's Reply on Swami Prabodhanand's Plea to Quash FIR - 24.01.2022

Uttarakhand High Court has sought the response of the Uttarakhand State Government on a plea moved by Swami Prabodhanand Giri seeking quashing of the FIR (First Information Report) registered against him in connection with Haridwar Dharam Sansad Hate Speech Case.
