Delhi HC Inquires CBI on Securing Conditions of Bail of James Michel in Agusta Westland Chopper Scam - 21.01.2022

Delhi High Court has inquired from the Central Bureau of Investigation how the presence of Christian James Michel, accused in the Agusta Westland Chopper Scam, can be secured in case he is released on bail. The Court has asked to submit, without prejudice to his arguments on merits, the bail conditions that can be imposed on Michel.
