Delhi HC Refuses to Entertain PIL Against Alleged Non-Compliance of S. 173 CrPC - 20.01.2022

Delhi High Court has refused to entertain a Public Interest Litigation against alleged non-compliance of Section 173 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to the extent it provides for expeditious completion of investigation in rape cases.
