Karnataka HC Issues Circular Directing Officers to Follow Supreme Court's Limitation Extension Order - 20.01.2022

Karnataka High Court has issued a circular directing Officers and Officials working on the judicial side at Principal Bench, Bengaluru, Benches at Dharwad and Kalaburagi to follow the directions issued by the Supreme Court, excluding the period from 15.03.2020 till 28.02.2022, for the purposes of limitation.
