Delhi HC Directs to Ensure Accessibility of Footpaths to Persons with Physical Disabilities - 18.01.2022

Delhi High Court has directed the various departments of the Delhi Government to work in tandem and ensure that footpaths and pavements in the Vasant Vihar area are made accessible for persons with physical disabilities, using wheelchairs for their movement. The Court has directed the authorities to ensure that the facilities are such that those on wheelchair do not require assistance of another person for their movement.
