AAAR: Allocation of Salary of Head Office Employee to Branch Subject to GST - 17.01.2022

Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling (AAAR), Maharashtra says allocation of salary of a head office employee to a branch, and its recovery from there, will be subject to goods and services tax.
