Madras HC Allows Suit Seeking Declaration of Exclusive Copyright over Broadcast of JILLA Movie - 17.01.2022

Madras High Court has allowed a civil suit that sought a declaration of the exclusive copyright of Sun TV Network over the broadcast of JILLA movie, while granting permanent injunction against the defendants from exhibiting/ exploiting the movie in a similar manner.
