Tripura HC: Plea for DNA Test Cannot be Entertained Unless Explicit Challenge to Birth Documents - 14.01.2022

Tripura High Court has held that unless and until there is an explicit challenge to birth documents and school records of a person, a plea for conducting his/ her DNA test cannot be entertained by the Court.
