P&H HC Allows Petitions Seeking Suspension of Sentence in NDPS Cases - 14.01.2022

Punjab and Haryana High Court has allowed 10 petitions filed seeking suspension of sentence in cases under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 by referring to Article 21 of the Constitution on account of the prolonged incarceration of the petitioners in those matters.
