Bombay HC Enhances Life Imprisonment into Death Penalty in a Rape Case - 14.03.2016

Bombay HC, has overturned life imprisonment awarded to a 25-year-old, charged of raping and murdering a soon-to-be bride, held that the case falls in category of 'rarest of rare' and awarded him 'death penalty'.
