Bombay HC Seeks State’s Reply over Aksa Hotel Raid - 11.03.2016

Bombay HC, while taking public interest litigation that had contended that police raid on couples in hotel rooms had violated their privacy, has sought to know from State if there were safeguards in such matters to prevent abuse of power.
